Meet Owen Billimore. If Linktank's Zoho environment were a car, Owen would be the mechanic who knows exactly why it's making that noise and has already built three automations to make sure it never happens again. As chair of the Zoho Committee, he lives and breathes blueprints, Desk automations, and Flow builds, turning "it's complicated" into "it's handled" across Linktank and our client accounts.
When he's not quietly keeping the systems running behind the scenes, Owen is chipping away at his Bachelor of Business Informatics at CPUT, proof that he enjoys a good system whether it's software or a syllabus. He's the kind of person who'd rather build you a clear, well-documented process than have you sit through another meeting about one.
