Meet Nireshree Newal, a seasoned and dedicated member of the Linktank family. Her Linktank story began in the support team, where she showcased her passion for excellence and unwavering commitment to our clients.
Nirri is accountable for two interconnected domains:
Products — All Linktank product lines are well-designed, profitable, optimised, and continuously improved. She owns the product lifecycle from design through enhancement, ensuring our offerings meet market needs and deliver commercial value.
Execution — All projects are successfully delivered. She oversees programme management across the business, ensuring consistent delivery methodology, resource coordination, and successful outcomes for every engagement.
She delivers directly and through others, engaging resources across the matrix structure, and is responsible for building capability so that execution can scale beyond her personal involvement. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she gracefully balances your role as a loving wife and a devoted mother of two.
