Meet Nelisiwe Shembe, who joined Linktank as a Support Consultant. From the very beginning, she found Linktank to be a welcoming environment, allowing her to grow both as an individual and alongside the company. Neli manages Hadeda's day-to-day operations and provides financial administration support across Linktank and Hadeda. She coordinates Hadeda's operational processes from lead management and vendor onboarding to release management and customer invoicing, ensuring the business runs smoothly. This is an operational coordination role combining financial administration with product operations. Her hobbies outside of work include reading and spending quality time with her loved ones.
