Meet Bame Mabuse, Linktank's Head of Operations, responsible for the people and systems that keep the business running smoothly. She leads Linktank's HR and IT functions, with particular focus on the Zoho ecosystem that underpins the firm's day-to-day operations, from system configuration to ongoing administration.
Bame brings a people-centred approach to operations, combining strong process discipline with a genuine investment in staff well-being and development. She is a certified NLP Coach, a qualification that shapes how she supports and communicates with the wider Linktank team.
Outside of her professional life, Bame is passionate about wellness and enjoys candle making as a creative outlet. She is committed to holistic well-being and finds balance through activities that nurture both mind and body.
