Meet Abigail Rukuni. With eight years of dedicated service at Linktank, Abigail’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. She began her career with us as a consultant on the helpdesk, quickly advancing to the roles of team leader and manager.
Abi is accountable for two interconnected domains:
Ecosystem — The full client ecosystem is healthy and thriving. She owns relationships across all client segments, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring Linktank is well-positioned in the market it serves.
Experience — The client lifecycle is optimised for success. From acquisition through onboarding, service delivery, growth, and retention, every stage of the client journey delivers value and builds lasting relationships. She delivers directly and through others, engaging resources across the matrix structure, and is responsible for building capability so that client success can scale beyond her personal involvement. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Abigail enjoys cooking and travelling, which provide a perfect balance to her dynamic role at Linktank.
